  • Booked a full house cleaning and called to see the difference between regular and deep cleaning only to get a recording. Guy called back about an hour later but I already booked it online. I should have taken that as a clue to go elsewhere. Friday comes and I have a 3pm appointment and I was running a couple minutes late do I call to inform them I'll be at the house at 3:05 in case they are early only up get another voicemail and no return Callie text. 4:30 rolls around and I make yet another call inquiring where the cleaning people were only to get another voicemail and no return call. I finally get a call from the cleaning crew at 5:35 saying they were finishing there prior job and what I wanted to do. Told them I will find another cleaning company. They get one star only cause that's the lowest I can give but if u no show u get no stars. So sad, I'm yet to find a good company.
