Had to return a Toyota extended warranty after I sold my car. I bought the car originally in Scottsdale, but I was told that the refund can be processed by any Toyota dealer in the US. I went to AutoNation because is closer to my house. I went 2 times. First, they told me I don't have all the documents needed (the list with documents was so long and so complicated, I couldn't believe my eyes). Three weeks later I went back with a thick folder with all documents needed. After 15 minutes wait and 10 minutes of pointless small talk by Tony the Finance Guy I was told that they cannot help me. Good Bye. I drove up north to Right Toyota where in 5 minutes everything was done. They needed 1 (one) paper - the odometer reading. He filled out a form for me and that was it. Incompetence or just not being willing to help? Anyway, I know preciselly where I will NOT shop for a car.
