  • I recently went here for the first time. The reviews on here plus the photos convinced me to try Hometown Eats. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. I can say without reservation that this was the worst omelette I have ever had. I believe the eggs were cooked in a microwave with no seasoning and then cold ham and cheese was folded inside after the eggs were cooked. The cheese was not melted and the ham was cold. I believe the ability to properly cook eggs is a measure of a chef and this one failed miserably.
