| - Every morning from 6:30-10:30, a hot drinks snags you a free muffin, and as another reviewer mentioned these are baked every morning. The coffee is well-priced, the espresso is decent, and the staff are always friendly.
Lunches provide freshly made and packaged pasta dishes, shepherds pie, lasagnas etc... that are re-heated and come with a salad. For the serving size, the prices are very good, always coming in at under $6. You can also get a great sandwich for about $7, with fresh vegetables and real meat, like turkey, beef, and chicken.
There's really nothing amazing about this place that sets it apart from the 4 dozen other cafes in the city centre. There are no frills here. It's cozy, comfort food that's well-priced, and served with a smile.
I would choose this place over Starbucks (which is right across the street) every stinkin' time.
