  • Carrol was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me after I told her "no thank you" because the wait time was one hour even though they are located one mile away from me. She's probably a very unhappy person. Called "Dependable Locksmith of Phoenix" and they were able to get to me within minutes. Thank God she hung up.
