  • I just came in your store to get my Son's phone looked at since it is giving us problems your manager (he let me know he was the manager) was extremely rude! He told me they could not fix the phone today and we would have to leave it here for a day. I told him I could not leave the phone since I live in Gilbert. He then pulled out a what he said was a contract to sign before he would take my phone. I asked to talk to another manager he then said "No" that I could not talk to another manager and that I could just Leave! Really!? He then said "I am not going to let you disrespect my manager like you are disrespecting me" now as a woman I think this young man had a problem with a woman talking over him this was clearly a power thrill and I'm very upset!!! Tyler stepped in and was more than helpful even offerings me water while I wait. This was unnecessary and customer service was completely dropped to have a manager talk to a customer like that was insane! I wonder if my husband would have been with me would he have acted in that same manner.
