  • I went with my husband and 2 other couples during the weekend before Halloween. I will start off by saying that this is a GREAT value. We paid $24 per person with the Groupon and got into 4 clubs on Halloween weekend without having to pay any additional entrance fees, and we bypassed all of the lines. We even got a few free drinks in some of the clubs. So all in all, it was a really good value. HOWEVER... Here's what our original email promised: "Martini and Wine Crawl" Free martini at Mixology at The Venetian, La Scena for live bands, Salute for dueling pianos, Laguna Champagne Bar, Lavo night club for dancing. And there was something about a party limo to take us around. Sounds classy right? Here's what we got: Well drink at Dick's Last Resort, Entrance to Coyote Ugly, Entrance to Studio 54, Entrance to LAX. And we walked our happy asses. On top of that, 4 of us bought our tickets for $24 on Groupon. Our other 2 friends bought theirs directly from Nite Tours at the last minute for $19! Um... I thought Groupon is supposed to SAVE you money! And now we come to our tour guide, Brandon. Ah, Brandon. If you love being condescended to and sexually harassed, then Brandon's your man! He started off the night by reaching into the dress of a girl in our group, and trying to rip her adhesive bra off of her. Then in the middle of an extremely crowded Coyote Ugly, he grabbed my breasts and the breasts of the 2 other ladies I was with and then grabbed my skirt and lifted it up over my head. Brandon, just because you're not into girls doesn't mean that you can touch us however you want. Then, as we walked from bar to bar, he kept insructing us not to feed or give money to the homeless people. Then, at the end of the night, he demanded a tip of $15 minimum. He told us this was non-optional. In conclusion - do the tour if you don't want the hassle of waiting in lines and paying exorbitant cover charges. And if you don't mind an obnoxious tour guide. And if you don't mind being sexually harassed. And if you dont' mind that they change the bars on you at the last minute.
