We stayed at this park for 3+ months this winter. This park is a traditional 55+ community where 80% of the spaces are occupied by park models, which are a version of a mobile home. The other spaces are used for the RVs. The spots are on the small side. Our 43' RV barely fits. The amenities of the park are the selling point. They have a great activities center that has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, an outdoor cantina and grill along with pool room, sewing room, library, etc. They have more activities going than you have time in the day. If you are bored at this park, you didn't try.
Just don't expect to use the wifi as it is unusable.
We will definitely stay at this park again because of the friends we made that live there.
