  • I live up the street from this place and go there often for their delicious bowls and salads. Usually the service is quick and painless but today I stood in front of the counter for 7 minutes, being ignored by the two dudes who were working while they talked about music videos. Only one other customer in the place and she had already ordered and paid. I was running late for work and couldn't wait any longer so left without even being greeted, let alone having my order taken. They just lost my $10 and loyalty. Food is great if you're willing to keep a Portlandia schedule.
