  • We had a flight departing from Cleveland Hopkins at 8:28pm on Monday 05/11/2015 heading to ORD/Chicago. Placed a call in to Cleveland Yellow Cab (216) 623-1500 at 6:30pm for cab service from a Motel 6 - 7219 Engle Road in Middleburgh Heights, Ohio. The dispatcher told me it would be 20 minutes or thereabouts. It was raining hard that evening. We waited for good 30 minutes but the cab never showed up and I bet they never had a cab in that area for picking us up in the first place. They should have informed us of the unavailibity via text message. But they never did, nor probably even bothered to think about it. Luckily, I had also placed a second call in to ACE CAB as a backup. Ace did show up withing 30 minutes and we reache the AA counter at 7:15pm and well ahead of the flight departure time and passing thru the TSA checkpoint onto the Gate. I will never use Cleveland Yellow Cab again as they are not dependable at all!!
