  • When our water heater died this past Saturday morning, we called Lange Plumbing because they had installed our last heater 9 years ago. Although they were prompt in arriving, the repairman left a huge mess behind and told us he didn't take Discover credit cards to pay for it, Turns out they do according to the office on Monday!! We could have prepared the site to look nice for the new heater while he was off getting it if he had let us know. Now we have a torn up sheetrock base and it will be much harder to make it look decent after he installed the new one. He didn't leave us a receipt or owners manual, he said they would schedule an inspection for Wednesday with the city inspector. The inspector showed up unexpectdly on Monday, left a notice as we were not home, and Lange told us we would now have to pay for another inspection!!! Every time we call Lange to get answers to these questions, we get a different person without answers. So frusterating!!! And the water heater was $2500, not exactly cheap!!! They finally said they would email us a receipt and owners manual but haven't seen it yet!!
