  • My experience here was very decent -- I brought in a vintage poster to be framed and Graham was helpful and patient going over options with me to find something in my price range. They called me when the job was ready and I picked it up. Easy. It makes me think that the reviewers on here who say the service is terrible are difficult and demanding customers. In my job, I deal with lots of these people who are completely unreasonable and rude, but if you don't kiss their ass, they walk away saying they got bad service. Anyways, AA did a great job with my poster and I now have a beautiful framed piece that I will enjoy for life. Custom framing is not cheap by any means, but our society has lost the art of hand-crafted work and I was glad to spend the money to have a beautiful job done. Thanks very much for the excellent work!
