Comparing Sephora and Ulta is quickly becoming like comparing Walmart and Target, there's just no competition, Sephora is so much better.
I walked in with the goal of testing and buying a new foundation. I walked toward the 'Prestige Cosmetics' area where three employees were talking amongst themselves, which continued well after they saw me. Th conversation was not work appropriate and yet they didn't seem to get that.
After about five minutes, I finally asked a male employee for assistance. He was visibly annoyed and came over to help me. He quickly matched my shade, handed me the box and went back to his conversation.
I got in line and there was one cashier for a line of 6 people, who while checking customers out was shouting to her coworker a few aisles over.
I am not sure where the manager was, but it's clear they have zero control over their store. Totally unprofessional.
