  • The wash and service is great, only problem is my roof rack end caps keep popping off during the wash (doesn't happen at other washes) and I notify them within an hour afterwards but they say they can't look for it until closed but the never bother looking or calling. Has happened twice now and I can't afford $75 each time I go.
