  • The man who came was unprofessional, gave quotes that were wildly varied, and bullied us into paying extra for stain treatment, then didn't remove the stains and told us they weren't stains after all but traffic patterns. He also turned the A/C down to 57 degrees without telling us, and as this was a house that was not currently occupied, we didn't find out for a while. When I spoke with the company, they offered to redo the job. I told them that I felt very uncomfortable with the man who came out the first time, and they promised to send someone different, but they sent the same man again to treat the stains. He put forth zero effort and I was afraid the entire time he was in my house because he was slamming things and scraping the paint with his hoses. He got the carpet wet but "cleaned" a 4000 sq ft house in 20 min, which does not seem like a thorough job and the results were equally disappointing. I again spoke with the manager about why he sent out the same person and that I was physically afraid of this person, but he did not seem to appreciate my concerns.
