First of all, the presentation of the store is overwhelming and cluttered. It felt like if Ross made a bridal shop, this would be it due to having to comb through squished dresses. It was very difficult to navigate through the dresses, especially when there were other customers trying them on in the same space they were stored. It felt as if we didn't have room to walk around or even stand as our bride was trying on her dresses.
The consultant, Han, was very rude to the bride, and even told her "You have limited time so you better pick ones you really like to try on." While we were a tad late arriving, and understand that there may have been another appointment, the tone in which she was talked to as a customer is unacceptable. We were treated in a higher manner at the other two bridal shops we visited earlier that day and the bride will be purchasing her dress elsewhere.
I might add that while we were waiting another bridal consultant was talking badly about her customer to another bridal consultant in passing right in front of us. In retail, I would expect bridal consultants especially to hold themselves in a higher standard when helping their customers, as they are spending a lot of money and could be feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
If you are a bride shopping for a dress expect a cramped store with little care in your satisfaction as a customer. Check out other bridal shops in the area that will meet your needs.
