  • Marcio is AWESOME! I had fraudulent charges on my account two days before I was set to leave town. He was very helpful and told me all my options. He was very polite and was a joy to talk to. I've banked at other banks before but he made me feel welcome and talked to me like an actual person. Not like another banker who hates his job. He actually cared. He also told me about promotions and offers! Not pushy at ALL. I am so proud to be a Wells Fargo customer. Thank you Marcio.
