  • I have to say first off that this is a great workout and the trainers are amazing motivators especially Zeke and Roberto! However, the business side of this company is lacking. My contract ended in January and I stopped going thinking that my contract ended and that I wasn't paying any longer. They ended up charging me for 2 months after that and put me on month to month. I never got a heads up notice email or anything! I didn't show up 1 time to any of the classes I was charged for after my contract and of course the would not credit me back. Instead they made me come in to sign a document to end my month to month and charged me for yet another month. That's 3 months! I was harassed to keep my membership the entire time I was there to cancel it, they are only interested in money! I referred quite a few friends to sign up with them while I was working out there so I thought I would have been treated a little better. Not impressed with their customer service. So just keep a close eye on your contract dates if you sign up!
