  • So... I've been a Green Mango customer for 18 months. I see the reviews here and I just can't agree. I've never had an issue with them not showing up or I was given notice. My situation is a little different. I do not like seeing new people around my house so I request Hunter. He is a really nice guy, can explain everything to every last detail, and takes his time to do the job correctly. I've had three companies before and I always had silverfish and other insects until Green Mango. There was one blip and it wasn't even their fault. I changed my number, lost my card I put on file with them, AND my son turned off my email that synced to my phone. When I realized what happened I called and the girl was super nice. She said they would be out ASAP and they would do another 30day follow up at no additional charge. We went about four months without service; while it wasn't their fault they had no problem helping me. I read these reviews about the bad service and I have a hard time believing some of the things I read. I'm not saying it's all false, I'm just saying I've never had this experience. They got me back on track. Hunter broke his arm so they asked me if it would be okay if Pete came out. The girl stated "I know your file says to only send Hunter, but unfortunately he is only working in the office for a few months; what it be okay to send someone else?" I said she. Pete was great. Now I've got two guys on my list. I just moved nov. 1st. I setup an appointment asking for either of those two. They said they couldn't send either, but asked if they could send one of the most experienced guys named Mason. I said sure! Mason showed up on time, got to work. Had a conversation with him. I can tell they really like working for Green Mango. Now I have a third guy I don't mind in my home. Great experience there. I've referred a lot of people to Green Mango. I have friends who are looking to move to Arizona from California and scorpions are their biggest concerns. I tell them green mango is the only way to go. I met Cameron at a home show recently. Really nice guy. Really takes pride in his companies.
