  • As far as service goes in a high end luxury boutique, these ladies have it down! Unlike experiences I have had at Harrods, Selfridges and the Holt Renfrew Staff (don't get me started on that one) these ladies were outstanding. I had found a scarf on the Hermes App that I fell in love with. I went into the boutique and it had not been ordered for the Calgary store. Instead of turning me to the website to order it and have it shipped at a cost of $20-$40. Mandy took my details and found the scarf and scarf ring I was after. Two days - only TWO days later - my items were here. I was amazed at the speed of delivery considering it was coming from Toronto. I had originally offered to pay before it was shipped but I was told no, I did not have to pay until it arrived in the store - unlike 90% of all other stores out there. I picked up my items, and they treated me no like I was only buying two items, but as if I was buying out the whole store. It was so nice to have such lovely service! Thank you ladies, you were simply marvellous!
