  • We have been nothing but satisfied with all of the services we've received. One time i got a bill from them when i didn't owe them anything. I called to ask what was up, prepared for a fight. Based on my number from caller id and me saying only that there was a problem, they resolved it before they even took me off hold to say they were looking into it! That is good customer service. I now have 2 kids getting braces there and my 3 year old actually sings a song she made up about how great the toys are at the dentist
