This was the worst experience in purchasing a used car. I have never written a review positive or negative but this experience has left me no option. Last Saturday, 6/18, we went to this dealership looking for a used Kia Forte, which we saw online. We were shown a car on their back lot that had been checked out mechanically but not detailed. It had a cracked windshield, smelled of smoke and cluttered with junk from the previous owner. We test drove the car and it was fine. The salesmen promised that they would detail it and get rid of the smoke. On Tuesday, 6/21, we went back to check on the car. The car was clean and did not smell of smoke. We gave them our check to complete the purchase and was given one key. We were told that the previous owner only brought in one key. Also there were no floor mats in the car. When that was pointed out they said they would look to see if they had a set to put in. At their dealership they didn't have any floor mats. Our salesman wasn't there when we picked up the car so we thought we would call him the next day to find out. After driving home found out that a brake light was out. So the next day, Wednesday 6/22, I drove back to the dealership and had to have the light sprocket replaced. No cost to me other than the two hours of my time it took to do the job. The Service Advisor was great. While I was waiting I talked to our salesman about the issue of only one key and the floor mats. He said he would check on it. Later he told me he had called the previous owner about the key and was waiting for a call back. When we didn't hear anything back by Thursday evening, we called the dealership to make them aware of our complaints. Spoke to a receptionist that told us we should talk to a Sales Manager, who at the time was busy. She took our phone number for a call back. We have not heard back from anyone. I like the car but this experience with this dealership has been a huge disappointment.
