  • It is nice that the Peoria charter allows you to check in your ticket from your phone, the only problem is that seems to be it's only merit. I had my 4:15pm bus shuttle to OHare leave at 5pm, and that's seriously scary when you have a flight to catch. When I asked about when the bus departed I was told "just wait a few minutes" when really the bus left like 40 min later"! Some other people where scheduled to leave at 3pm and actually left at 4pm! I really hope they work out the kinks as the whole boarding situation because it was unorganized and chaotic. Overall I would only go on Peoria charter if you are not on a set schedule as it seems that for them, professionalism and punctuality is not a priority.
