The service here was pretty slow and the bartenders lacked giving quality attention, but the food was tasty and the live piano music was nice.
We grabbed a couple seats at the bar and were not greeted or given menus in good timing. We waited around and were finally able to give a drink order while several bartenders hustled behind the bar and then had to be reminded that we wanted to order food as well. The gentleman to our right, who was a Veteran after speaking with him, asked a question about a whiskey bottle and one of the female bartenders with dark hair and she told him she was really busy and he would have to wait. We were so taken back by her rudeness we asked the bar back to answer his question and he did with good manners. We proceeded to buy this patron a drink because we felt he deserved more respect than that as an American hero and as a paying customer.
We ordered a wedge salad and a Philly cheese-steak to share along with a few beers and a glass of wine. The Philly was delicious. Tender steak, a great cheese sauce but the fries were greasy and soft not crunchy and cooked properly in hot oil the way they should be.
Aliante lacks the luster when it comes to quality restaurants, and being that MRKT had tbe best reviews out of all of their dining establishments, I left feeling a little disappointed.
