  • I would rate a zero if it were an option. From the moment we signed our lease the problems began. First we were there 2 days and our daughter was swimming and cut her foot bad on glass in the bottom of the pool. After being accused of introducing the glass ourselves, they reluctantly sent their maintenance manager over to discover the entire pool decking had broken glass. In the rocks, under the vents, everywhere. We never thought to look, simply threw our suits on and jumped in. Multiple appliances failed, each time we were accused of breaking them. The AC went out 4 times. We always paid our rent thru billpay. Twice we received notices on the door that it was late, had to once again drive to their office and physically show them it was taken out several days before the 1st to get them to drop the charges. The last time they said they would drop them, but we had an outstanding balance of $275. When we inquired how, they said we owed on utility bills from when we moved in? Over a year ago? We had to go thru and get every single bill for the 15 months we lived there sent to them to once again prove we had never been late on those either. No apologies, nothing. Instead when I asked 3 times to see the ledger to verify it reflected these changes they told us since we just moved out they couldn't and we have to wait 30 days until it's sent to us via mail. I asked again this morning and they have yet to reply. Last we left the home in great condition according to Kevin during their pre move out inspection. Pre paid for their preferred vendors to clean and carpet service. Called to see if it was available on the 21st ( we moved out on the 7th) and we're told it was, yet the site still as of today says it's coming soon. They still won't let us see the ledger and are telling us we will have to pay rent for November even though the home had been available to be rented for almost a week. Please please, don't rent from them. This company doesn't deserve your money!!!
