  • Not impressed!!! Called to schedule an appointment for my bulldog and the woman, Britney, who answered the phone was uncaring and very dismissive. Without even asking what I needed an appointment for she said, as if I was bothering her, "I know we are pretty booked today and tomorrow", eager to end the conversation. Clearly didn't care about having my business or about my animal. I would much rather pay more elsewhere. She set a bad tone right away and I would never attempt to use them or recommend them to anyone. Such a shame. Local businesses should be careful who they have giving first impressions of them.
