  • Used to go here regularly. Unfortunately my fave stylist left, new Stylist Jeri was very good. I stopped going because Nicole (owner) gives mixed messages. For example I always went for a complimentary fringe cut between haircuts and then one day after my regular stylist left Nicole cut my fringe and charged me for it. I asked what happened with their complimentary fringe cut policy and she stated they never had this- quite insulted she would lie about it. Perhaps SHE does not give complimentary fringe cuts but the other stylist did. Cuts are pricey and they dont tell you that each stylist is a different price or how much so be careful where you sit! They lost a lovely stylist and I was fairly taken aback at Nicoles' inflexibility and willingness to lose clients. I am sad because I liked it there but service is important to me especially since they are pricey and there is lots of competition in salon business.
