  • When I called John's for a/c repair the woman on the phone was so nice, and she was able to help get a technician out to my home the same day. The technician who came out, Tyler, was helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem on the spot. He was able to tell me information about my unit that I did not know, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was even nice to my dogs and son! Having Tyler and John's Refrigeration fix my a/c was a five-star experience. Thanks John's!
