  • This use to be an elite gym with some of the best customer service & fully functional machines. It has recently been going down the drain and I'm sick of it. Any successful place has a solid foundation of top of the line customer service. I miss the old days when people actually greeted you with some care and slight interest, now they clearly don't appreciate their jobs. This place has such huge potential of being the best gym in AZ but not with these ungrateful employees, yes it's you guys & girls. Sorry but not sorry! Bring back MANDO, that guy is full of Fire & passion, just what this place needs. He currently runs the Glendale location and that place is full of life. I shall keep coming here in hopes of someday the quality returning. Until then I'll just have to keep putting up with this mediocre service.
