  • I found a Groupon for this place for a 25 dollar hair cut..it was the worst grooming experience. I have a standard poodle, and she came back after (eight hours) and she looks terrible. The body shave a was good, but her tail, topknot and ears are poorly cut, or just not cut at all. Her hair is dangling over her eyes. I asked the staff up front if the groomer was still there and could help cut more away from her in front of her eyes. He had gone home for the day. The front staff were very polite and wonderful. The groomers excuse for not having her done in a timely manner, was that he is new. I'm disappointed that he couldn't at least tell me he didn't know how to do a poodle, before clipping her. It's like he did not listen to anything I said. Overall, after having my dog for eight hours and after an extremely bad groom, I would not recommend this place for their grooming aspect.
