I upgraded my phone back in January and the Associate at the time sold me on the new $50 "Glass" screen protector from Zag...I couldn't see myself purchasing a screen protector for $50 I just don't see it being worth that much but then she said they have a FREE warranty and it would be replaced for FREE should it be damaged. Well...Just this last week i dropped my phone like the clutz that I am and the protector came off and luckily my phone screen was fine but the protector was not. So I logged in on the website and they wanted to charge $20 for the new protector! This really upset me because why would I pay $50 for it to only last 3-4 months and then have to pay $20 for a new one. I called Zag and they explained it's not FREE and it would cost $20 but they could offer it to me for $10! So I drive down here in hopes AT&T would save the day.
Anthony listened to me, he understood why I was upset and after speaking to his manager they agreed to replace it on the house just this one time since the other employee forgot to mention that the cost of shipping was not included in the warranty. He assured me they would be sure to make sure they inform all customers in the future when selling products like this so hopefully they follow through on their word! I appreciate the excellent customer service and will be back next time I need it! He also put the screen protector on my phone for me so that's also a perk!
