Ordered a Chromecast just before Christmas online for in-store pickup. I didn't actually need the item right then and I was busy with holiday stuff so I didn't go to the store until after New Year's. They decided to cancel the order after 7 days so when I went to pick it up on day 8 they wouldn't hand it over, even though they had plenty in stock. This is a very small item that they already sell in-store so there's really no reason to cancel anything, except their price went up, and they wanted to charge me the higher price. I did not want to pay their higher price so it just became a huge waste of time.
