  • Just as the 2 star rating says, "Meh. I've experienced better" From a customer service perspective, It would be nice if you get acknowledged when you enter the door and thanked you for visiting their establishment. I still visit Starbucks primarily for the convenience factor, but it's become a common theme that customer service is almost nonexistent at most Starbucks that I visit. Living in Las Vegas your choices are limited in getting your cup of joe, but I would highly recommend other local shops as well such as: Sambalatte and The Human Bean where you get both, great customer service and delicious tasting coffee.
