  • Not a huge fan of Ballys. My husband and I have been trying to stay at every hotel on the strip and this weekend was ballys turn. 1)We came in an over sized truck and couldn't find free parking that could fit us at first, so we came to valet and asked. A security guard approached us and kept telling us that the open lot for free parking is sketchy and our car might get broken into so for a tip he would park our car in the VIP section. Then he continued to say the tip had to be at least $20 or more to make sure the car is taken care of.. WHAT?!? this guy was beyond creepy. We drove our car around the corner and whaaaLaa a big open parking lot where EVERYONE is parking. I've never been tried to be taken advantage of before I even checked in!! 2) my husband called down for a toothbrush and toothpaste and the girl states "we don't do that here" well ballys, just an FYI you are the only hotel that I've stayed at in Vegas that doesn't. So at 3am we went back downstairs and bought a tiny little toothpaste and brush for $14. 3) the pillows are tiny and not too comfortable. I'm pretty disappointed in this hotel so far. The nice thing is it's literally right in the middle of the strip and around everything!
