  • When the dryer squeals and rattles so loud you have to run out and shut the door to save your ears, it's time to call for help. Matt, at Advantage Washer/Dryer Repair, was three weeks out and referred me to Home Appliance - thank you Matt! I was scheduled within the week. Brian arrived on time, balanced my washer (which had never worked right since it was installed) and rescued a couple pounds of coins from my dryer. He explained to me how the high efficiency machines I had purchased operate differently than the old-fashioned agitator style washers, so I now have realistic expectations of my machines' capabilities. I couldn't be happier with the service, the technician, and the price!
