  • I give this massage envy no stars because of how I was treated. I went for a 90 minute massage with aroma therapy. Ashley rang me up at the end. She said she was charging me for the massage and aroma therapy at the member price, which I thought was nice since I was a guest. Then she asked me how much I wanted to give as gratuity. I said 20%, to which she said, "that's $30." I thought that was really generous math since 20% is really $24, but I said okay, and I paid. Several hours later they called me at home to tell me I never paid for the aroma therapy because she said, "we got side tracked," which is a lie. We never got side tracked. She said I owed $10 more. To me that's bad business. If you neglect to ring up a charge correctly, that's on you. Especially for $10. I'll never go back there again.
