YIKES! What a nightmare! This company should come with a warning. "WARNING: YOU ARE ABOUT TO GO CRAZY WITH OUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE." If you think buying the travel voucher is a great deal, it is until you try to redeem it. I started the redemption process in June and it is now September (I have gotten a full refund from the originating deal company after complaining). First, when you redeem the voucher, make sure to check your SPAM folder. I should have known that this was a RED FLAG.
I had purchased a Las Vegas two night voucher and the travel arrangements were:

Do you see something wrong here? Don't bother calling because the number is for an answering service only. The customer service is handled only through email. I first declined the arrangements and asked for new ones but they sent the same exact arrangements. I was told that there may not be any other booking available. Hmm....I don't think so. When I finally got a response from Next Stage, they don't even know how to spell to or use correct grammer. What a joke!
