  • Where do I start. Decided to try a new place. The pedicure didn't include callous removal even with the upgraded service. The staff started on my nails three times - three different techs until finally the guy that did my pedicure did them. Each person took skin off with the file & my nails were rough & caught on everything until I filed off the rough edges when I got home. The pedicure stations are in bad shape in need of maintenance. The chair wouldn't slide forward, then in the next chair, the tech slid it so far forward that it was difficult to keep my other foot in the water & I had to turn it sideways. The tiles are falling off the chairs. The polish bottles are covered in spilled polish. The UV light was disgusting.
