  • I am updating my original review to reflect what happened after I posted my initial review in which I was disappointed with the arrangements that arrived for my mom and mother in law for Mothers Day, in both size and quality. My mom had also called to complain and specifically mentioned she didn't want a replacement. Tony called her twice to try to make it right but...my mom is a hard sell. He then called me and we talked about what went wrong and how he could make it right. He was genuine and worked hard to make it right. I won't disclose all the details but he went above and beyond to correct the issue including replacing both arrangements and sending me pictures of the new arrangements for my approval before they were delivered, to make sure they were just right. I appreciate the effort and will use PJs again.
