  • Had such a wonderful experience with Berenice and her assistant Haley at the Chandler location!! Berenice is definitely highly educated at what she does and gave me a look I have been wanting!! Haley was fabulous!! She took her time at styling my hair and by the time I was done... I felt like a million bucks!! Five stars for that part of course but I was overcharged upon checking out and didn't realize it until half way home and had to deal with it over the phone which they tried to say my receipt looks fine and nothing was charged incorrectly when in fact it was. I had paid for my service with Dolce Hunies and then the products with my card and left a $20 cash gratuity but I also got charged the gratuity on my card... After sometime on the phone and being on hold it was taken care of.
