  • I was staying at the Mandalay Bay, had just gotten back from a long night out, and was in desperate need of food. And there was Raffles. I was expecting that anything open that late at night must have been of horrible quality. It wasn't! It was exactly what I wanted and needed, and the friend I was with said that her eggs were perfect too. Because we had such a good late night experience, we went to Raffles every day for breakfast/brunch after that. We were afraid that we had just thought it was good because we'd been drunk, but it was actually good in the morning as well. Don't expect perfection, but I think it was definitely worth it.
