  • Got set up through Hertz through my insurance company. Told them I needed a Suv or mini van but all they had was 3 Hyundai Accents. They told me they would be calling and getting me a bigger car when it was available. I agreed and said I would take anything as I have 3 small children so anything bigger would do. After 3 days I got no call and I called back. The guy told me he would have one and call me by 4. I called at 530 that day after receiving no calls and was told there was a Impala but wasn't told why there was no reason that they did not call. Terrible service all and all and I would recommend Enterprise down the road
