  • I have been here twice now for lunch and have been blown away both times. The first time I had the Pub Burger which was delivered on the homemade english muffin and despite the boring appearance.....I was blown away. On initial inspection, I was so disappointed and felt doomed that this was going to be another wasted burger experience.........So wrong I was...the burger was cooked to perfection and the combination of flavors was like music in my mouth. The english muffin brought this unique texture to an otherwise boring bun that would have been in its place. The meat was cooked perfectly and the cheese melts in just the percent way. Even the fries on the side were seasoned to my liking and the waitress got me so hot sauce and ketchup and I was all smiles. The second time I went I tried the Bibimbop with tofu and asked for it to be spicy......it was AWESOME....the rice was crispy, creating a texture amongst the smooshy egg and other ingredients. The flavors burst in your mouth and made for an amazing lunch experience. If you have not had it before....this is a must try. Overall, the Graze delivers some amazing food....I could care less about the local, organic, or farm to table crap if the food is not good. When the food is as amazing as Graze delivers....and on top of that it is locally sourced, it takes it to a whole other level. This is a must try for any burger lover, and overall a great place to grab lunch. I plan to give it a shot for dinner next time I am in town.
