  • I see Dr.Rojas. One of the best doctors in town. But whoever manages his appointments and schedule SUCKS!!!! For example I had an appointment at 11:45, showed up 30min earlier like they asked and now it's 1:15pm and I'm still waiting in the waiting room. Haven't even gotten into a room. It's ridiculous. Every time I come here there's always a wait. There's no excuse for this. It makes me feel like they don't care about their patients. They just schedule as many patients as they want (more then they're capable of taking) for the money and they don't care about the patients time. People have work, school, kids. It's very unprofessional!!!!! I love Dr.Rojas. I don't have anything bad to say about him but after so many times of coming to this office and this happening to me I'm considering just changing doctors. If you have a life don't come here. Or if you do make an appointment here make sure your dedicate your whole day with them. Don't make any plans. Miss school. Call off work. Don't pick your kids up. Make sure you're available to sit in the waiting room all day.
