  • Dont go here if you need to buy anything technical. There is a hippie here named Timothy that looks like an unfriendly version of Jesus. He is anbunusual mix of incompetence and knowitallism. We made it clear my friend needed a SIM card for an unlocked foreign phone and he said they dont have anything for foreign phones (he obviously didnt know that the US has 3G and LTE now, i e the same networks as other countries) but sent his helper to sell us a refill for Total. He said he would keep it at the cashier so we could not read the info while we waited in line to pay. When we paid we found that it says a Total SIM card is needed so we asked for the money back but he said "I told you it doesnt work" and refused to refund us. A manager helped us but did not apologize for how this Timothy had treated us and did not get us any skilled staff so we had to go to another Walmart which sold us what we need and it works perfectly. We ended up losing an hour due to the lines and incompetence of this Walmart which appears to be by idiots for idiots. They should close this location so people can just go to a better locations because the difference is huge between different staff members.
