I've had nothing but issues with these people...it's been two years and I'm STILL waiting for them to fix issues they promised to fix the DAY I PURCHASED. Don't get me wrong, I know they never planned on fixing anything... But boy do they make sure they stalk you for your payments. Alex, who does the calling is rude, belittling and has ZERO customer service skills. I had to pay a $50+ balance a week after my bulk payment, and not only did I have to pay their crazy $5.25 over the phone fee for the $300, I ALSO paid it seven days later for the balance. When Alex told me how much I would owe, she neglected to tell me I would be paying $10.50 for a payment that cost them less than $1.20 to process... And she was rude to boot. So they sure want their money but they don't want to fix their crap and sure seem to forget YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER. The crappy thing about this scam artist company is that people will continue to go there because they are desperate... Lesson learned here though, ZERO class and ZERO customer service skills.
