  • Been coming here with my partner for 3 years, all because we believed that Baby would give us the most accurate refund. Our experience with her was always uncomfortable. She would speak Tagalog (Philippine language) talking nasty about us, all because we asked for an estimate. If estimates were an issue to her, she should save herself some time by explaining that to her customers before getting started. We should never be treated any different. Her customer service is the worst, and her employees are treated very poorly! During our last experience with her, she was forcing us to pay $75 for an estimate, and threatened that she would hold our tax papers until we paid $150 for both of our estimates. We simply asked for our papers back, then, she got up on our face, slammed our papers on her desk, and told us "to get the f$&!k out, you f$&@!ing a**holes" she even chased us out the door and yelled out "I don't ever want to see your f$&@!ing faces here again". Way to handle her own business. Don't worry Baby, I would never, ever, think about coming back again. People should stay out of this place for your unprofessionalism and poor service!
