My wife wanted to get a pedicure on our trip in Vegas so we decided to give this place a try, despite the reviews. Bad decision. The woman was extremely pushy. She asked her which pedicure she wanted. My wife chose the basic pedicure with a callus remover. The woman proceeded to push her to choose the more expensive package that did not include the callus remover. Which when you add the callus remover and the white tip, would make it $20 more. My wife wanted the white tip and after already being seated and her feet were in the water, the woman told her white tip wouldnt look good on her because my wife's toes we're as pretty as hers. With her feet already being in the water, the woman said she'd get a color for her and asked her what she wanted. My wife said a baby pink. The woman came back with a dark pink and my wife proceeded to tell her that she wanted a lighter color. The woman looked her up and down and said "lighter? On you? Wont look good." My wife stood her ground and once again asked for a light color. The woman finally came back with a color and said "here" and threw it on the cart in anger. She then proceeded to be really rough with my wife's pedicure. My wife has ingrown toenails and when the woman was removing them for her she was really rough to the point where my wife felt nauseous. She quickly sped through the pedicure and did a horrible job painting her toes. There is no place to dry your feet, no lights or anything. They only have that for nails. We would never go back there.
