  • Honestly, these apartments are not terrible, but a little on the pricey side for what you are getting. I lived there for a year and it worked for the time being while I was saving for something bigger and more suitable for my daughter and I. The location was nice, and the office people were always nice as well! The office manager is my favorite and she is the one thing I would rate 5 stars on here for because she really worked with me to get me an apartment for an affordable move in fee! The reason I gave it only 3 stars was because the maintenance would never come fix things I would call about and it was super frustrating. And like I said in the very beginning, the actual apartments are not as fancy as what they are charging you for.. I found out that They ended up firing the maintenance guys that were there when I was and are supposed to have better ones now, so it should be a much better experience for future renters. All in all, these ones are one of the nicer to rent in the Mesa area and I never had a problem with loud neighbors or any of those usual things you encounter in apartments.
