This is a very sad review to write as I have never had any issues with this spa before. I've recommended this spa to every single person I know because I loved it that much.
Today however I walked in and was greeted rudely by the gentlemen behind the counter. No proper customer service, his attitude was not the greatest thing to be greeted by. Fair enough I usually let these things go. The lady did our colour change for our toes and was not the friendliest most welcoming person there, considering most of the staff has always dealt with us diligently. She did our polish and did a great job I was happy with it and she told us to go dry our feet and we never saw her again, she didn't come back to check on us, or ask us if we were okay, or even tell us when we were ready to go. my friend and I literally had to check our toes ourselves and walk out because we knew she would not be coming back.
We walk to front reception to pay and the gentlemen told us our price, I mentioned that yelp offered 10% off if we mentioned it and he looked so unamused and annoyed. He began to huff and puff and then called the manager or owner on the phone to ask if that was okay to give it to us. He then proceeded to give us more attitude and when we paid he did not say goodbye, thank you, or any proper normal customer service etiquette and we were on our way.
I will place a disclaimer and state that this spa usual has excellent customer service and when the owners of the spa are there everything is run perfectly, but when management is not present it goes from a 5 star spa to a 1.5 star. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and further train your staff how to treat their customers in a way in which they would be happy to leave and even happier to come back.
